Decorative circles

Well... it's official... our house is sold!! Closing was today and everything went great! Since I can't get into my new home until next Friday, I am just hanging out at my parents house spending some time with them before we leave for Texas! And I have to confess, since it has been soooooo many years since I have lived with my parents, I am loving having my moms home cooking every night!! The food tastes so much better when I am not the one cooking it!!

So enough of about me... on to the challenges!! This week at Frosted Designs, we are encouraging you to make a project using a circle with some sort of decorative edge! This can be a scalloped edge, ric rak, and any other thing you can think of! Be creative!! And to help you out a little more, Sketches in Thyme has the perfect sketch for this challenge!! I used it to make my LO this week!! So... use the sketch and enter two challenges!! Gotta love that!!  I would love to stick around and chat but I have waaaaaay too many errands to run before I can leave Indiana!! I better get busy!! Happy scrapping and be sure to check out what the design teams did on both challenge blogs!! Be sure to link up your projects in both places for a chance to win some great prizes!! Thanks for stopping by! Barb  :)

How exciting about the house, and also fun to step back in time and stay with MOM and her cooking. See you can go back home!
I am happy for you sweetie, must be a relief.
Adorable pictures on this layout, and those papers are just cute as fun as can be.

Oh, Barb, CONGRATS on selling your house!!!!
I understand you perfectly about loving mom's cooking and other indulgences...
Your lo is so cute and beautiful! I love the banner and the lovely embellishments. I love the dp for the basis of the lo and the scalloped yellow one is lovely.

As for combining those two challenges... I'm sure going to give it a try. You know those two challenge blogs are my favs...

Take care with moving to your new home!
Hugs XOXO
