We would love to see you use some kind of ink on your card, layout or off the page project! You can stamp with ink, paint with ink, mist with ink… if it involves ink, you can submit it for this month's challenge! Here is my take on the challenge….
Here is where you are going to see how I put the PowderPuff Chalking Inks to work! I took a very wet paintbrush that I inked up with Maraschino Cherry PowderPuff Chalking Ink and created a messy painted background for my photo. I used the same technique to color in the hearts with Baja Blue PowderPuff Chalking Ink. I used Coal Miner PowderPuff Chalking Ink to stamp the arrows and I inked all the way around the layout with Midnight Confessions PowderPuff Chalking Ink!
I love the way my balloon turned out! I cut out a heart shape from a sheet of paper from the Be Bold Collection. I also cut a transparency heart the same size and stitched them together. Before I completely stitched my pocket shut, I added some blue heart "confetti" that I made from a heart punch and paper from the Be Bold Collection. I glued down a few of the hearts on the larger red heart to prevent all of the mini blue hearts from falling all the way to the bottom.
I can't wait to see what you create for my Ink it Up Challenge! You could win a prize from Quick Quotes for playing along!
Have a fun, creative weekend!
